What I changed from the template:
Added a Medical Disclaimer section. Dr Oduah’s version doesn’t have one, and a GP’s website needs it more than any other clause. It says the site isn’t medical advice, lists the emergency numbers and says WhatsApp isn’t for urgent matters. Replaced the “100 USD” liability cap. It now refers to South Africa’s Consumer Protection Act, and it makes clear the limit covers only use of the website, not his medical care. Removed parts that don’t fit: the “created with the Terms and Conditions Generator” line; the references to US states; the “For European Union Users” section; the mentions of an app, which he doesn’t have. Softened the 18+ clause. Under-18s can now use the site with a parent’s permission, since parents look up a GP for their children.
